Title: Meatless Bulgur-Filled Tamales

1cBulgar wheat uncooked (fine)
8 Sun-dried tomatoes; minced
1/4cBell pepper; chopped
2tbOnion; dried
2 3/4cWater; boiling
4tbBrown rice miso
2tbArrowroot powder

In a Medium sized mixing bowl, combine bulgur, tomatoes, pepper and onion. Add boiling water, stir and cover with a dinner plate. Let sit for 15 minutes. Add miso and arrowroot, stirring thoroughly.
